尖椒荷包蛋是在普通荷包蛋方法上演伸出来的。煎好两个荷包蛋备用;将辣尖辣椒切大段,在热锅里加橄榄油,将尖辣椒下锅煸炒至表皮有些变白起皮,加入一茶勺酱油、1/8茶勺糖、和1茶勺醋翻炒,再加一大勺水盖盖焖两分钟,最后将煎好的荷包蛋加入翻炒裹上汤汁,就可以关火盛盘了。这道菜很简单,但是很下饭,可以在早餐与馒头或面包一起吃,或在午餐与米饭或面条一起吃。这是一道很受我的家人欢迎的菜,与大家分享。
