豆腐是中国人的一大发明。据史料记载在汉武帝时代,淮南王刘安炼丹时将卤水点入豆汁偶尔发现,距今已有两千多年歷史。豆腐为人体特别是素食主意者提供人体必需的高质量蛋白质。然而豆腐本身味道淡薄,直接吃并不好吃,但是它又是最容易吸取其它食物美味的载体,因此用豆腐可以做出无数的美味料理。锅塌豆腐就是其中之一,用到的主要食材和调料如下:

Tofu is an invention from ancient China. Based on historical records, the discovery of Tofu can be traced to Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. The duke of Huainan, An Liu found it by accident while he concocted pills of immortality back to more than 2,000 years ago. Tofu provides excellent vegetable protein to people especially vegetarians. However, Tofu tastes plain by itself, to eat it alone not taste at all. However, Tofu is the best food to absorb other flavors from different food sources in turn to create many delicious dishes. Tomato Saute Bean Curd is one of the examples. The list below is the ingredients and cooking method.

食材:

1盒老豆腐: 在清水中洗凈,切成一英寸宽,两英寸长,1/4英寸厚的块

个1鸡蛋:打散

1个番茄:一分为5份

1/2 杯平菇:撕开

1根小葱:小葱切碎

Ingredients:

1 Package of firm Tofu: Cut to 1 inch wide, 2 inches long, 1/4 inches thick

1 Large egg: Beat egg

1/2 Cup Oyster Mushroom:Split

1 Tomatoes (2.5 inches in diameter): Cut each tomato to 5 pieces

1 stalk of green onion: Cut to small pieces

调料:

1茶勺酱油

1/8茶勺糖

1/2茶勺盐和

1/8茶勺白胡椒粉

1杯清水

Sauces:

Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon

Sugar 1/8 teaspoon

Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

White Pepper Powder: 1/8 teaspoon

Water: 1 cup

做法:

烧热锅,加入一大勺素油,等油泛起涟漪,夹一块豆腐在蛋液中裹一下,放入油中煎,煎到两面微微焦黄,起锅备用。在锅中放入小葱炒香,下入番茄翻炒,再加入1杯清水盖盖煮开,水开后把煎好的豆腐放入翻炒均匀,加入一茶勺酱油、1/8茶勺糖、1/2茶勺盐和1/8茶勺白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀,盖上盖子小火焖煮到汤汁基本收干,就可以盛盘了。

这道菜虽然清淡,但滋味很丰富,老少咸宜,不仅好吃还满足人们的健康诉求。

Heat the wok, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, when the oil show ripple,use chopsticks pick up a piece of Tofu (cut) and wrap it with the egg, panfry to light brown on two sides, take them out and leave the remaining oil in the wok for next step; add green onion and tomato stir fry for 30 seconds, add one cup of water and cook to boil, add Tofu to the wok mix well, add all the sauces and mix well, cover and cook in low heat to the sauce almost all absorbed by Tofu. It is time to serve.
